Original quote from US Constitutional Amendments: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

No slavery, draft, conscription, impressment, forced work program, forced "community service", or any other form of involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime, is allowed in this country or any political subdivision thereof.
